I'm Zak Asgard, a passionate writer, editor, and storyteller based in London. I've dedicated the past seven years to honing my craft and bringing stories to life across various mediums.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy from the University of Bristol. Throughout the last few years, I have written and directed various productions, been booked to perform my poetry at the Lyra Festival, and have worked as an editor for magazines and literary publishers. Since graduating, I have worked as a literary editor, as a script writer and copywriter for the environmentalist company On the Edge, and as a journalist.
I'm a contributor for The Times and The Spectator, writing articles that focus on social commentary and life. I have written articles about life, death, travel, food, politics, America, and everything in-between. You can find some of my work in the 'publications' section of my website.
At the heart of my work lies a passion for storytelling. Whether through articles, short stories, or plays, I strive to craft narratives that resonate with readers on a profound level. From thought-provoking social commentary to heart-warming tales of human connection, each piece I write is imbued with authenticity, empathy, and a desire to bring out truth.
Whether you're seeking captivating content for your publication, in need of expert editing services, or simply looking to explore new creative horizons, I'm here to help.
